I did lymph nodes in the neck, feels a bit rough, but be flexible. My adnoids are swollen, I can tell, cuz its hard to breathe through the nose, but not blocked. Also my left tonsil was enlarged and the right of me is very small and not very big at all.

Ive had these symptoms for longer than a month and havnt gone. The concern that I might have cancer because I have no health insurance and have no way to pay. If the diagnosis is in the i wouldnt even be able to treat, because I have no health insurance or the money.
