My sister opened the new Bell Mobility prepaid LG Rumor, and is now trying to activate, but it is unclear whether the serial number. As a rule, the serial number on the phone when the battery is. When the phone is a prepaid mobile phone, the serial number is somewhere on the packaging. If you are not a sticker under the battery, and if you threw the package, then you're in luck.
